(1) From the perspective of the regional diversification of the portfolio
(2) From the perspective of the following three important factors of each property;

As for the above (1), please refer to the following presentation materials, which show our strategy regarding our regional diversification policy.

Furthermore, as the above (2) states, we have established the three appraisal standards of "Location," "Building (Facility Specifications)" and "Tenants." We conduct due diligence in accordance with these appraisal standards before making a decision to acquire a property.
