Investment Policy & Strategy

Before conducting investments, JLF evaluates each project in terms of our investment standards:

(1) From the perspective of the regional diversification of the portfolio

(2) From the perspective of the following three important factors of each property;

Furthermore, as the above (2) states, we have established the three appraisal standards of "Location," "Building (Facility Specifications)" and "Tenants." We conduct due diligence in accordance with these appraisal standards before making a decision to acquire a property.
