Yachiyo area is expected to gain popularity as a location for wide-area distribution bases covering the entire Tokyo metropolitan area as well as regional (mainly in Chiba Prefecture) delivery. The property has high accessibility to the heart of Tokyo Metropolitan area. It locates just 2 km from National Route16, a major arterial route in Tokyo metropolitan area, and just 8 km from the Chiba-Kita Interchange of the Higashi-Kanto Expressway.
