What JLF Aims to Be

Since its IPO in 2005, Japan Logistics Fund, Inc. (JLF) has achieved steady growth in distributions per unit (DPU) and NAV* per unit primarily through its investments in logistics properties.
Moving forward, JLF will continue operations aimed at achieving stability and growth in DPU.
