    In 2005, JLF listed publicly as Japan's first logistics REIT, giving it the longest track record among logistics REITs.
    Japan would not see another IPO from a logistics REIT until 2012. In that sense, JLF is the only logistics REIT to have experienced and overcome the global financial crisis that started in 2008 and the Great East Japan Earthquake of 2011.
